Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking an Event Coordinator who leads with integrity, works with heart, and thrives in an environment where connection, adaptability, and follow-through are essential. This role is ideal for someone who is humble, hungry for growth, and able to confidently manage their own workflows, all while staying aligned with leadership priorities and team goals.

In this role, you will lead the coordination and execution of internal and external events, serve as a brand representative in the community, and help grow our ambassador and affiliate programs. You will work closely with providers, partners, and internal teams to bring our mission to life through education, presence, and experience. This is not just a logistics job, it’s a people-first, purpose-driven role where your ability to communicate, stay grounded, and get things done truly matters.

  • Event Execution & Support
  • Lead all logistics and execution for provider-led events, community partnerships, expos, and educational sessions.
  • Coordinate venues, vendors, schedules, signage, food, inventory, speaker support, and day-of-event presence.
  • Own the full event lifecycle: concept - planning - promotion - execution - post-event reporting & follow-up.
  • Maintain and report on a master event strategy and calendar, including participation data and ROI metrics.
  • Actively represent our brand in the community, connecting with prospective patients, collaborators, and partners.
  • Work closely with providers to understand services and translate that into messaging and experiences tailored to our audience.
  • Develop and manage our ambassador program, fostering meaningful relationships with brand advocates.
  • Support and grow affiliate and partner relationships that help expand our presence and deepen community trust.
  • Partner with the marketing team to promote events through all channels, email, social, web, and print.
  • Create all event-related materials including flyers, digital graphics, signage, and basic handouts.
  • Help track and report on engagement metrics across event and outreach efforts.
  • Provide additional creative support as needed across marketing channels.

Qualifications And/or Work Experience Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in events, community engagement, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to juggle timelines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience creating marketing materials (Canva, Adobe, etc.) and using basic tools like Eventbrite, Mailchimp, or Google Suite.
  • Experience in or a passion for the medical or wellness space, particularly functional medicine, is a big plus.
  • Comfortable representing the company at public events with professionalism and warmth.
  • Experience in the functional medicine, integrative health, or wellness space, especially if you can speak to the value of what we do.(preferred)
  • Previous work with ambassador, affiliate, or partner marketing programs, especially in community-driven or healthcare settings.(preferred)
  • Experience planning both live and virtual events, and familiarity with the tech that supports them (e.g., Zoom webinars, CRM tools, etc.).(preferred)
  • Background in public speaking, teaching, or facilitating workshops, you’re confident in front of a room or a camera.(preferred)
  • Familiarity with tracking event ROI and lead attribution.(preferred)
  • A personal connection to wellness or holistic health, you live the values we stand for and are excited to share them with others. (preferred)
