At BlueHalo, an AV company, we firmly believe that all internships are not created equal. Our Summer Internship Program is meticulously designed to provide students with an immersive and dynamic experience within our industry, offering a taste of what it's like to be part of our professional team. Unlike many other internship programs, we strive to simulate a full-time job, enabling our interns to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology, contribute to meaningful projects, build strong relationships with coworkers, and develop strategic problem-solving skills. Our program is highly selective, hosting only a handful of interns each year, ensuring personalized attention and ample opportunities to work closely with BlueHalo team members.
BlueHalo, an Av company, has an intern opening that will support electrophysiology data analysis for biohybrid sensing. The primary responsibility of this role will be to synchronize the Dayton and Germantown teams with an offline data analysis workflow for newly generated biohybrid sensing data sets. The intern will interface with the Germantown team to get the most up-to date, highest classification accuracy models, implement them in a Jupyter Notebook or in .py files for offline analysis, along with applying basic data visualization and data quality metrics and statistics for characterizing new data sets. The intern will also be responsible for assisting in characterizing and implementing a windowing function for applying power spectra data analysis over electrophysiology trials as an offline data analysis modality.
