Description
Working Conditions:
Working conditions are of a professional office environment. Administrative personnel may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, and hardhats.
1.2. 1-3 years of experience directly related to oil and gas pipe, preferably OCTG.
1.3. Preferably has worked in Inside Sales, AP or AR, or Logistics/SC.
1.4. Exceptional reading, writing of English as well as solid arithmetic and Computer skills.
1.5. Ability to organize vast amounts of data and multi-task several priorities with excellent time management.
1.6. Capable of working MS Office suite especially with advanced proficiency in Excel as well as the ability to grasp an ERP System.
1.7. Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
1.8. Highly personable and able to connect with customers on a personal level in order to gain their trust and build lasting relationships.
1.9. Employee may be required to work over-time.
2.2. Document management of MTR’s, Bill of Ladings, Releases, and Invoices.
2.3. Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
2.4. Work with the sales team to ensure company sales processes are followed.
2.5. Assist in meeting designated sales targets and generating revenue.
2.6. Answer phone, fax, and email for customer support.
2.7. Directly manage certain smaller OCTG and/or line pipe/standard pipe/structural pipe distributor customers. May require outside sales calls from time to time.
2.8. Prepare complex proposals for program business and large volume opportunities as directed by the Outside Sales Representative(s).
2.9. Prepare requests for authorization of pricing and strategy for approval by the Sales Director, CCO, CEO, and Board of Directors.

3.2. Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
3.3. Maintains data entry for Work Order Log in a timely and accurate manner.
3.4. Enter orders and quotations in the computer system and prepare correspondence.
3.5. Perform any other duties assigned by the Inside Sales Manager and/or Outside Sales Representative(s).
3.6. Maintain relationships with certain accounts to be managed directly by the ISR, ensuring BMP is given the opportunity to quote on all inquiries that match with our product offering. Obtain price feedback whenever possible.
3.7. Other duties as assigned.
