Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accountant who will lead the Accounting Team at our Waukesha, WI location. This position will report to the Regional Controller and provide support to the local General Manager.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accountant who will lead the Accounting Team at our Waukesha, WI location. This position will report to the Regional Controller and provide support to the local General Manager.
Essential Functions
- Month-end close, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Reconcile, analyze, and review general ledger accounts in preparation for month-end close to ensure timely and accurate financial statements
- Assist with weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts and estimates
- Compile, process, and reconcile bank transactions
- Track employee credit card receipts, match to statement and assign GL account numbers
- Process Charter and Contract customer invoices
- Interact and assist with payables, receivables, and payroll
- Assist management in the development and implementation of goals, policies, and procedures
- Competitive salary up to $65,000 annually

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong analytical ability and detail oriented
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Experience with Accounting software
- Ability to work independently and cross functionality
- Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under tight deadlines
- Positive work attitude and quick to adapt to changing priorities within the company
