Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 - $62,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. - Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead and communicate effectively with team members, creating a positive work environment
- No degree required
- Multi-unit experienced manager preferred
- Ability to manage 200 plus team members with annual sale over $10 million
