Ever built something extraordinary from nothing? Now imagine applying that same drive to revolutionize education for America's brightest minds. At gt.school, we're not just talking about educational reform—we're executing it.
Our innovative 2 Hour Learning model has already broken the traditional academic mold. Now we're taking the next bold step: creating a physical campus that cultivates leadership, healthy competition, and genuine community for gifted students who've been systematically underserved.
This isn't about incremental improvements to a broken system. This is about establishing the gold standard—a prototype campus that will serve as the blueprint for a nationwide network. You'll be the visionary who transforms our ambitious concept into a thriving reality that parents can't resist and students find transformative.
We're seeking a rare talent—someone with founder-level determination who understands that vision without execution is merely daydreaming. Someone ready to redefine what excellence in gifted education truly means, then build the machine to deliver it at scale.

What You Will Be Doing
- Architect and field-test breakthrough programs beyond traditional academics—creating environments where leadership, autonomy, and healthy competition flourish
- Spearhead the development of our flagship campus, including innovative staffing structures, physical space optimization, and streamlined operations
- Craft compelling parent communications, market penetration strategies, and scalable growth frameworks to fuel nationwide expansion
- Establish and codify the quality benchmarks and signature cultural elements that will define all future campuses
- Serve as the charismatic ambassador for our educational revolution—generating visibility through strategic media engagement, signature events, and key partnerships
- Managing yet another conventional school with the standard formula of classrooms, teachers, and 8-hour days
- Diluting our mission to accommodate families seeking watered-down gifted programs with standard AP offerings and minimal intellectual challenge
- Implementing gradual reforms within the existing educational framework—we're building the replacement, not patching the problem
- Prioritizing surface-level engagement statistics—our focus is on transformative outcomes and profound learning experiences, not activity metrics
- Working exclusively from behind a screen—while we offer flexibility, you'll spend approximately one week monthly in Austin to ensure your vision remains grounded in practical reality
