Role Overview
As a Human Resources Assistant, you are responsible for assisting in HR activities and programs under general supervision. Assist with projects/assignments in benefits, compensation, staffing, employee relations, and training and development.

Minimum Qualifications
As a successful Construction Project Manager, you will have:
- 2-3 years previous HR, office, clerical, or data entry experience
- A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work on site with a variety of people and backgrounds
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and technology
- Internal: Current Knife River Employee
- 1-2 years HR, business, or management schooling
- Knowledge and experience in managing confidential and private data
