Role Summary
As a Project Coordinator II, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating project teams to deliver quality results efficiently and cost-effectively. Your expertise will ensure that projects are executed smoothly, meeting all necessary milestones and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and all partners, both internal and external.
- Support the implementation and management of assigned projects.
- Identify and requisition external engineering support when needed.
- Develop project schedules, identifying milestones and managing critical paths.
- Coordinate and participate in project-related meetings, drafting meeting minutes and agendas.
- Review and track documentation, including regulatory and internal documents.
- Upload and maintain documents in tracking databases promptly.
- Maintain tracking tools, metrics, and calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary.
- Associate's degree (or internationally recognized equivalent).
- 4-7 years of project-related support experience, particularly in supporting liquid or natural gas pipelines.
- Proficient in E-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows applications.
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Top-tier communication skills.
- Engineering background and/or PMP certification.
