As a Corporate Recruiter, you will find traditional and creative ways to promote career opportunities and promote the company culture as you partner with hiring managers to find staff for therapy, business, marketing, operations, and other departments. You will take candidates through the full recruiting cycle from first impressions to hire. Work is hybrid with work performed at CNS administrative offices, clinics, residential facilities, remotely/in a home office, and in the community. You will travel to college career fairs, state professional events, and some national recruiting events.

Responsibilities

  • Own the talent acquisition and recruitment processes for assigned openings.
  • Partner with hiring managers and other leaders to determine key requirements for roles.
  • Use your creativity to communicate and post opportunities.
  • Develop recruiting strategies and conduct sourcing actions to attract candidates.
  • Manage candidate activity on applicant tracking system.
  • Promote a company culture of excellence and seek best fits as you screen and interview candidates.
  • Present candidates to hiring managers and schedule interviews.
  • Follow up with managers to assure forward momentum in the interview and hiring process.
  • Communicate and extend offers. Use negotiation skills to garner acceptances.
  • Guide new staff through the onboarding process. Coordinate onboarding with internal partners to assure a smooth and positive experience.


Requirements

  • At least 3 years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience required
  • Must have experience managing ongoing, at times high-volume, recruiting using a variety of techniques, for a variety of roles from entry level to professional to management level.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; applicant tracking systems (e.g. ADP)
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and strategic thinking
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • BS/BA in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field preferred
  • Additional HR training, experience, or education will be a plus


The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including skill sets, experience, education and training, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are arrived at each unique case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary is $68,000 - $95,000 per year.
