The Senior Vice President (SVP) is accountable for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance of a defined geographic region. This executive role drives growth, enhances customer experience, improves operational efficiency, and builds high-performing teams to deliver against Everon’s business objectives.

With full P&L responsibility, the SVP leads the development and execution of the regional business plan, aligning initiatives with enterprise goals. The role requires strong business acumen, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and people development. The SVP serves as a key architect of both short- and long-term success in the region.

  • This role can be based out of any office in the West Region**

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Growth Execution
  • Develop and implement a multi-year strategic plan for the region focused on revenue growth, market penetration, and operational scalability.
  • Analyze regional trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion and innovation.
  • Execute strategies aligned with enterprise objectives to drive increased market share and customer value.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and corporate development teams to expand customer base and promote new products and services.
  • Support the integration of acquisitions within the region as needed.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and lead initiatives to address them proactively.
  • Operational Leadership
  • Oversee all regional operations, ensuring high standards in service delivery, installation, and support.
  • Drive operational efficiency by optimizing processes, reducing costs improving performance metrics.
  • Ensure strong execution of service level agreements and customer experience standards.
  • Financial Management
  • Own full P&L for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and reporting.
  • Monitor key financial indicators such as revenue, margin, customer churn, and operating cash flow.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies for performance gaps and ensure alignment with corporate financial targets.
  • People Leadership & Talent Strategy
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional leadership teams, ensuring clear accountability and performance alignment.
  • Drive a strong talent strategy including recruitment, succession planning, development, and retention.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and high performance across the region.
  • Cross-Functional & Executive Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, HR, Product, Customer Experience) to execute regional priorities effectively.
  • Advocate for regional needs and opportunities with senior leadership while supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in a senior leadership role within service, security, telecom, or subscription-based businesses.
    • 5+ years of experience with P&L ownership, regional operations leadership,
