Our areas of expertise include aesthetic and medical spa services that span injectables, and skin and body treatments. We are located in the Cool Springs, West Haven, and Murfreesboro markets and are currently searching for a full-time Front Desk Associate for our Murfreesboro and Cool Springs, TN locations.
In this position, you will support the company's mission and contribute to a positive work environment. You must be organized, able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and have strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities Include
- Providing exceptional customer care
- Greeting clients and answering incoming calls
- Booking/re-booking appointments
- Checking clients in/out
- Answering emails and other correspondence
- Full-time, 30-32 hours per week
- Monday (Cool Springs 9:30a-6p), Tuesday and Wednesday (Murfreesboro 8:30a-4p), Thursday (Murfreesboro 8:30a-6p), 1-2 Saturdays per month (8:30a-3p)

- 2 Years of administrative experience, preferably in a beauty enhancement environment (ie: Medspa, salon with spa, Dermatology or Plastic Surgery office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
