- $85,000 - $100,000

Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities
- Maintain efficient executive office operations, including organizing procedures and workflows.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment to ensure availability and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records and a structured filing system.
- Assist in planning and executing special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to track progress and ensure the timely completion of project milestones.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and various internal and external contact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and recording meeting minutes.
- Arrange and oversee logistics for both on-site and off-site meetings and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and complex travel arrangements.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and agendas, coordinating all logistics in line with company policies.
- Ensure executives are fully prepared for meetings by providing relevant materials and briefings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Senior Leadership
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Full fluency in Vietnamese is required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
