Job Description

An established manufacturing company is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to attract and hire top talent across a variety of functions. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven and resourceful professional with strong communication and evaluation skills. Coordinating with internal teams, the new member will support organizational growth by sourcing candidates, managing full-cycle recruitment, and building talent pipelines while promoting a positive employer brand.

Salary + Additional Benefits:

Location: SW Houston - Onsite

Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment and selection process to attract and hire qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the organization.
  • Leverage experience and expertise to successfully recruit for positions in Senior Leadership, Sales, IT, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine the most effective recruitment strategies tailored to each position.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external employment agencies and advertising partners.
  • Screen resumes, interview applicants, and coordinate appropriate employment testing.
  • Conduct employment verifications and extend both verbal and written contingent job offers.
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment drug screenings.
  • Maintain and promote the employee referral program.
  • Support the onboarding process by assisting with new employee orientation and ensuring timely completion of all necessary documentation.
  • Manage the administrative tasks related to new hires, including employment, health, and insurance forms, start date notifications, and position requisition updates.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing employment activity.
  • Handle unemployment claims and support the company’s representation at unemployment hearings.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience required
  • Successfully recruited top talent for a variety of corporate functions and skilled trade positions
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in human resources
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
  • Bilingual required (Spanish or Vietnamese)
