Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Interpret blueprints and building plans to determine project requirements
• Select appropriate materials and prepare layouts
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools
• Perform structural concrete formwork, including setting and stripping forms
• Construct, frame, and install wood or metal components
• Install metal doors, windows, trim, and finish hardware
• Erect ladders and scaffolding for above-ground work
• Complete documentation and reports as required
• Perform general construction labor and assist in various site tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with a commercial or building contractor
• Proficient in rough carpentry, structural concrete, and metal door installation
• Comfortable with hands-on labor and varied construction tasks
• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluent in English
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license and have reliable transportation
• Must provide own carpentry hand tools
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk on varied surfaces for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs frequently and push/pull up to 100 lbs
• Frequent climbing of ladders and scaffolding up to 10 feet
• Comfortable working both indoors (25%) and outdoors (75%)
• Proficient in the use of standard carpentry hand and power tools
