Qualifications for the position include:
Westrock's Cost Analyst will be an important part of the Accounting team and will be responsible for:
- Analyzing monthly manufacturing variances and identifying their root causes.
- Collecting data necessary to calculate and analyze monthly coffee and tea shrink percentages.
- Updating Labor/Overhead factors used in current system.
- Maintaining Bills of Material
- Maintaining Standard Labor and Overhead Routings in future system.
- Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability
- Assisting in Month-End close of the General Ledger.
- Conducting physical inventories and monitoring the cycle count program.
- Reconciling finished goods inventories.
- Performing other duties as necessary.

Qualifications
Qualifications for the position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business/Finance
- Must have a Cost systems background with analytical skills, along with a sound understanding of accounting principles.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with an ERP system (Netsuite)
- Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and review of Bills of Material.
- Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
