Job Description:

As an Applications analyst you will be refining, maintaining, designing, documenting, and implementing software to enhance user experience and maximize efficiency through talking with stakeholders and end-users

Responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, providing technical support for various applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for applications.
  • Design, configure, customize, and implement applications to meet business requirements.
  • Customize, optimize, and identify opportunities to enhance user experience and functionality in existing software systems.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and provide support for line-of-business applications, including working with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate user support, addressing access and operational inquiries related to managed applications.
  • Create and maintain system software documentation.
  • Create user interfaces and reports using existing software systems.
  • Provide user training on various applications, products, and services.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and understanding.
  • Performs all other task assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required:

Experience:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Ability to write SQL statements for logic and report creation.
  • Experience with some programming languages, database management, or applications within the Microsoft 365 suite.

Preferred:

  • Honorably discharged service veterans preferred.
  • 0-2 years as a System Administrator or related role.
  • Proficient in various programming languages, database management, and applications within the Microsoft 365 suite.

Certifications, Licenses & Registrations:

  • Valid Drivers license.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Ability to write SQL statements for logic and report creation.
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and report development.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to clearly communicate recommendations
  • Self-starter and committed to achieving results with a strong sense of ownership and ability to follow through
