InTouch is seeking to fill our full-time Member Relationship Specialist role to join our growing and dynamic Branch Operations team where you will be an integral part of the team by providing valuable input as we work toward assessing and implementing goals and mission of the department and InTouch Credit Union.

The successful Member Relationship Specialist candidate will act as the primary liaison between members and the Credit Union to provide consultative financial experience both in person and virtually. You will engage with members to identify their financial needs and recommend tailored solutions that address both their immediate and long-term financial goals. This role is essential in deepening member relationships, expanding wallet share and positioning the Credit Union as a digital first financial partner.

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:30am–12:45pm. Number of Saturdays worked may increase based on business needs.
  • Knowledge of all financial regulations including Federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Reg CC- Funds Availability, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.
  • Knowledge of digital banking solutions and technology-enabled services.
  • Demonstrative experience to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.

Education

  • High school degree or equivalent

Experience

  • A minimum of two years of experience in the financial industry with consultative sales, required.
  • Experience utilizing digital banking tools required.

Pay Range

  • Our ideal candidate will make $22.28 to $23.51 for this role.
