Responsibilities
- Prospect daily and follow up with warm leads from Zillow Flex, Google, and your personal network
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations, listing appointments, and property showings
- Write and negotiate offers, contracts, and listing agreements with professionalism
- Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage your database, communication, and pipeline
- Host open houses to generate additional leads and build client relationships
- Leverage full administrative, marketing, and transaction support to streamline your workflow
- Attend team trainings, coaching sessions, and accountability meetings to continuously improve
- Deliver an exceptional, client-first experience from first contact to closing
- Active real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly coachable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Comfortable prospecting and following up consistently
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs (Follow Up Boss is a plus)
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Committed to full-time real estate production and long-term growth
