Responsibilities
- Prospect daily and follow up with leads from Zillow Flex, Google, and your own database
- Convert warm leads into active buyers and sellers
- Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, showings, and negotiations
- Host open houses to generate business and build relationships
- Use Follow Up Boss (FUB) to manage your pipeline and communication
- Leverage our full backend support to stay focused on selling
- Attend team trainings, mentor sessions, and accountability huddles
- Provide exceptional, client-first service from start to finish
- Active real estate license (or in progress)
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Coachable, driven, and full-time focused
- Organized, tech-savvy, and familiar with CRMs (FUB preferred)
- Passionate about helping clients and building a sustainable business
