Menlo, Inc. is the parent company for a family of brands in the technology industry. We are seeking a one of a kind Executive Assistant; this is not the front-desk greeter role that you are used to seeing.
The Executive Assistant will serve as the CEO’s right-hand person. Your job is to keep our CEO moving and ensure he has everything he needs to be fully efficient at his fast-paced level. And trust us, he moves fast.
Every day will be different. Duties will be directly assigned by the CEO and may include scheduling meetings, following up with staff and vendors, tracking progress on projects, and communicating on behalf of CEO. The Executive Assistant will also serve as the gate keeper to the CEO while providing adept administrative support with the utmost professionalism and discretion. In essence, it is your responsibility that our CEO preforms at his most optimal level.

Responsibilities
- Complete a wide variety of tasks for CEO; prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arrange complex itineraries, schedule professional and personal appointments.
- Prioritize and follow-up on voicemail and other communications, issues and concerns addressed to the CEO; determine appropriate action, referral or response.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of contracts
- Serve as the President’s administrative liaison to the Board of Directors (upon implementation)
- Demonstrate a high level of leadership and professionalism; have the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
FORMAL EDUCATION & PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS
- 4-Year Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-Level executives or personal assistant to C-Level Executives
- Ability to understand financials/basic accounting
- Requires strong computer and technical skills in Microsoft Office
- Efficient with time management
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly with a high attention to detail; problem solver
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Confidence in self and work
- Ability to switch from task to task without notice
- Highly self-motivated with excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in project management
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components
