Your Role
- Concept Development:
- Engage in projects throughout all phases of the creative process, including strategic planning, brainstorming, concept development, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with a cohesive creative services and marketing team, as well as business stakeholders and external vendors, to achieve project objectives.
- Assist in pitching and presenting creative concepts to cross-functional teams, utilizing strong design thinking to effectively communicate design ideas and the rationale behind proposed solutions.
- Design Execution:
- Prepare production-ready design assets in collaboration with production companies and vendors, overseeing the entire process from quoting to file preparation, proof review, and logistics management to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
- Create and format brand, co-branded, and partner creative assets, developing design materials across various platforms, including social media, web, out-of-home advertising, print, and more.

Experience & Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- 4+ years of well-rounded graphic design experience at a high-volume creative or ad agency, graphic design firm or in-house corporate creative department – motion graphics and wayfinding experience a plus.
- Must have a portfolio of relevant design work from a variety of digital, print and out-of-home creative for consideration.
- Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Team-first mentality; resourceful, motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Fundamental understanding of design, creative workflows, typography, layout, and brand identity principles.
- Meticulous and goal-oriented with a keen eye for the smallest details.
- Strong sense of communication and relationship-building with cross-functional teams.
- Strong comprehension of the print production process helpful.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to work onsite in our corporate headquarters in Downtown Miami at least 3 days a week with occasional travel to our stations across Florida required.
