Basic Function

As an Administrative & Communications Assistant, you will provide support and assistance to the Team as well as manage our Social Media. Additionally, you will assist in various activities, contributing to the productivity of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

Office Assistant Duties:

  • Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to general inquiries.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and internal communications for team members.
  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate maintenance requests, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Assist loan officers with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and file organization.
  • Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment.
  • Support coordination of meetings, events, and team activities.


Social Media Manager Duties

  • Develop and implement a monthly content calendar for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts including graphics, videos, and stories.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with followers.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics.
  • Promote company updates, mortgage tips, community involvement, and success stories.
  • Collaborate with loan officers to showcase their achievements and client testimonials.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and compliance guidelines in the mortgage/financial industry.
  • Other duties as assigned


This Ideal Candidate Possesses The Following

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of mortgage or real estate industry is a plus.

Compensation

$48,000 - $55,000 per year
