About Your Role
As the Director of Program Management at Fiserv, you'll be at the helm of our most complex projects and programs that span multiple business unit portfolios. You will align with Core Account Processing Solutions, overseeing portfolio management and driving improvements in service and delivery.

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

About Your Role
As the Director of Program Management at Fiserv, you'll be at the helm of our most complex projects and programs that span multiple business unit portfolios. You will align with Core Account Processing Solutions, overseeing portfolio management and driving improvements in service and delivery.
What You'll Do
- Build positive relationships and engagement across multiple levels within an organization.
- Accountable for the successful delivery of business results tied to the most complex projects and programs across multiple business unit portfolios.
- Manage direct/indirect budgets based on program, project, or release activities.
- Monitor and manage an annual portfolio of projects, designing and developing improvements to gain efficiencies in product management, deliverables, reporting, and training.
- Align your team with Core Account Processing Solutions Project Management standards, processes, and templates while collaborating with designated Business Units on PM intake prioritization, options, and staffing decisions.
- Optimize team talents, set measurable goals and accountabilities, drive actionable development plans in alignment with desired competencies, and acquire talent through competency-based hiring practices.
- Lead critical issues when business results are at risk, and collaborate with teams across divisions and corporate functions to ensure client expectations are met and division goals are achieved.

- 8+ years of experience in leading large-scale delivery of programs and projects, including development and integration.
- 8+ years of experience in leading professionals within a distributed team environment.
- 8+ years of experience in application development projects utilizing a software development life cycle and multiple methodologies.
- 8+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in building positive relationships and strategic partnerships with external and internal key stakeholders/customers.
- Excellent social skills with shown ability to lead complex matrix teams across geographic and business unit boundaries.
- Experience with eJira / Clarity / Aha! / eCRM / SAP / Service Point or Service Management processes.
- Technology, financial industry / banking industry experience is a plus.

- This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
- Approximately 20% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
