Are you a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator or Operations Specialist ready to make an immediate impact? We’re looking for a Contract Supply Chain & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team ASAP to help drive excellence in planning, logistics, and order execution. This is a high-priority, time-sensitive role that requires full commitment for the duration of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred).
1+ year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination (preferred).
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general computer applications.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
Must be able to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Important Note
Due to the critical nature of this contract role, candidates must be ready to pause their job search and fully commit to the contract term. We need someone who can jump in immediately and hit the ground running.
Work Environment & Requirements
On-site work Monday–Friday.
Remote work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday, half-day).
Must be available for after-hours calls as needed.
Company equipment and phone provided.
Occasional lifting (under 25 lbs), sitting, standing, and extended screen time required.

- Coordinate and execute daily supply chain operations to meet customer demands.
- Optimize inventory by following FIFO protocols and identifying slow-moving SKUs.
- Communicate inventory risks and collaborate on solutions across departments.
- Work with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to plan and track product movement across distribution centers.
- Support production scheduling and direct warehouse teams on order fulfillment.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and communicate product availability with Sales and Quality Control.
- Assist with logistics scheduling, ripening coordination, and QC inspections.
- Take after-hours calls on a company-issued phone and be available for weekend remote support.
