Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the digital engagement and media initiatives supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Cambridge (Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite, Monday and Friday remote)

What's the Job?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Commercial, IT) to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive process maps and current-state documentation to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze digital engagement data and marketing performance metrics to help derive actionable business insights.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear reports and presentations for business stakeholders.
  • Partner with IT, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are scalable.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sector.
  • Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of omnichannel marketing, digital data analysis, and customer experience mapping.
  • Proficiency with data visualization and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Visio, Jira, Confluence).
  • Demonstrated experience in documenting business requirements and conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops.
