Our client, a leading organization in the research industry, is seeking a Research Program Manager to join their team. As a Research Program Manager, you will be part of the global research operations supporting various research teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Research Program Manager

Remote, preferably in Bay Area

12-24 month contract

$70-$75/hour

What's the Job?

  • Define and manage strategic initiatives that improve team efficiency and impact, establishing operational systems and outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and partner with stakeholders on internal processes, templates, and guidelines to enhance team optimization and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team leadership to establish effective communication, information distribution, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Manage expectations by defining clear program roadmaps, providing frequent updates, identifying risks, and ensuring commitments are delivered.
  • Support research planning and allocation by tracking, aligning, and forecasting team budget.

What's Needed?

  • 8+ years of relevant experience as a project or program manager or a UX Researcher.
  • Experience in establishing and leading programs end-to-end while scaling for growth.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with peers and senior stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with and influencing researchers and stakeholders.
  • Experience successfully operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires independent time management and task prioritization.
