As an Executive Assistant, you will partner with the MERU executive leadership team. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, managing complex schedules, and facilitating effective communication across the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior executives, providing a platform for professional growth and development.
This role is based in Atlanta, GA and is a full-time in-office position, with flexibility to work remotely from time to time.
EA Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by executive leadership
EA Role Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an executive support role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
