What You'll Do

  • Work closely with leadership to keep our people at the heart of everything we do
  • Balance and prioritize the operational and human resources needs across our hotel portfolio.
  • Implement HR strategies, programs and policies and ensure consistency and compliance across all properties.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration for our hotel portfolio.
  • Champion recognition programs and celebrate team successes
  • Administer and oversee the disciplinary action process, including conducting investigations, documenting findings, recommending appropriate actions, and ensuring due process and compliance with company policy and employment law.
  • Lead the onboarding initiative for new properties
  • Manage HRIS systems and ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.

Requirements

What you need to be considered.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics.

What Will Set You Apart.

  • Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
  • Prior experience using Paylocity
  • Prior experience in Hospitality
