Job Description:

We are Hiring Immediately for a IT position!

Responsible for providing end-user support and maintenance within the organizations desktop computing environment both in person and/or via phone. Accountable to perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex infrastructure and workstation related issues for end-users.

Technical Support: Provide basic to advanced technical support to end-users, addressing simple to complex issues and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.

Experience in the effective use of remote access tools to provide support.??

Incident Management: Initiate, manage and resolve incidents from inception to resolution for the equivalent of Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, ensuring timely and effective resolution.??

System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and updates on printers, scan guns, desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices. ??Hardware upgrade skills and diagnosis is essential.??
