Jordan Valley Water is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to serve as our next Director of Digital Services. This critical role will shape and drive the District's digital transformation to support our mission of providing sustainable and reliable water services.

About The Role

As the Director of Digital Services, you will lead the development and implementation of our digital strategy, ensuring that technology effectively supports and enhances District operations. You will manage a team of skilled professionals in the Digital Services Department, overseeing the security, reliability, and performance of our information systems. Your leadership will help foster a culture of innovation, where staff are encouraged and empowered to propose and implement digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the District's digital strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate and improve the integration of technology in day-to-day operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Digital Services staff.
  • Ensure the secure, stable operation of IT systems supporting critical infrastructure and workforce needs.
  • Promote a collaborative environment where digital innovation is encouraged, assessed, and implemented with lasting impact.

Schedule & Travel Requirements

  • Standard hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Occasional after-hours work as needed.
  • Travel for professional development 1-2 times per year.
  • Must be available by phone 24/7 to respond to emergencies.
