• Our Care Coordination team supports therapists with scheduling and documentation, allowing focus on patient care.
• We deliver high-quality Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy in patients' homes across NW Ohio, Greater Cleveland, and SE Michigan.
  
  

Job responsibilities include supervising assistant staff, communicating with office and patients, managing patient care, and completing evaluations and documentation.

• Requirements: valid PT license, Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, ability to travel within a 40-mile radius, and strong communication skills. Home healthcare experience is preferred.
