The DX Professional Recruitment team leads all aspects of professional recruitment, from operational and engineering leaders to creative professionals and Imagineers, from Veterinarians to Energy Planners. Our team is responsible for attracting and identifying sought-after talent in the marketplace and bringing them to Disney Experiences.
If selected for this role, you will report to our Manager, Professional Recruitment, and will be on-site in Glendale, CA.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $137,100.00 to $167,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

What You Will Do
- Lead full life cycle recruitment from sourcing and job posting to offer
- Translate business needs into executable staffing plans
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract and build comprehensive talents slates for all positions, including hard to fill roles
- Partner with Sourcing to enhance complex searches as needed
- Employ innovative techniques to convert passive talent into viable candidates
- Advocate for career mobility by providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship to internal talent, including Recruiters
- Review market data, competitive intelligence, and talent trends to build dynamic slates
- Be a brand ambassador by providing an outstanding candidate experience from interview to new hire onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to develop a solid understanding of the hiring team, their business strategy and talent profiles to best deliver on the hiring needs of the business
- Maintain the highest standards of candidate experience and client account management, reflected in measures of success through hiring leader and candidate feedback
- Conduct in-depth screens to assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and align on compensation through pay transparency
- Partner with the Compensation team and hiring leader to build attractive and competitive job offers
- Actively participate in and/or lead knowledge sharing events and building rapport within the Talent Acquisition community
- Participate in or lead assigned projects that support departmental and Talent Acquisition objectives (Candidate, Career, Culture, Community)
- Lead and develop conference strategies
- Full life-cycle recruiting experience with full knowledge and expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing/recruitment strategies for complex, niche, technical, and engineering roles
- Experience recruiting and sourcing for hard-to-fill roles
- Expertise using social media tools such as LinkedIn for marketing, networking, and sourcing
- Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment objectives including time-to-fill, volume, quality, and internal hiring objectives
- Successful working in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are the norm
- Enjoy developing strong working relationships with clients and peers regardless of geography
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience working in an autonomous environment
- Ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex problems
- Ability to appropriately manage sensitive and confidential information
- Experience using various Talent Acquisition systems such as Workday, HiredScore, Beamery, Schedule Olivia, etc.
- Proficient in applying various reporting tools such as Excel, Google Docs, Smartsheet, Airtable, etc., to track candidate and requisition metrics
- Experience building and telling data-driven stories
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related Human Resources field or relevant experience
