What You Will Do
- Develop and implement Stryker’s Sustainability Solutions program strategy
- Foster key relationships with industry thought leaders and translate business insights into future business strategy
- Author key strategy documents and drive alignment of business leaders
- Prepare and deliver presentations on sustainability topics, engage stakeholders, and effectively communicate complex information in a compelling manner
- Anticipate new customer segments and tailors marketing strategies to meet current and future market needs
- Initiates and drives new products and services based on changing customer needs
- Has a deep understanding of trends in customer satisfaction inputs and can effectively adjust marketing strategy to align with customer engagement
- Develop and manage a marketing budget and analyze and explain budget variances
- Able to routinely make decisions which may affect immediate operation and have a company-wide impact
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- 10+ years of work experience required
- 7+ years healthcare marketing/sales experience required
- Proven experience developing and driving programs, including creating brand value propositions and refining stakeholder messaging.
- Strong ability to identify and build deep relationships with supply chain leaders, C-suite executives, and key decision-makers.
- Expertise in developing and delivering compelling presentation content to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in creating initiatives that promote business leadership while driving revenue growth and enhancing organizational impact.
- $ 115,600 - $ 245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
