Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a

Sign-on Bonus of $5,000.
Provides behavior analytic services including assessments, treatment planning, staff and parent training, and clinical supervision.
Requires Master's Degree, BCBA certification, Michigan licensure, and at least 2 years of ASD experience.
Must have 240+ hours of direct/ supervision for ABA cases and be capable of supervising up to 2 BCBA candidates after 1 year.
Supervises staff, ensures treatment fidelity, and develops programs for children and teens at various developmental levels.
Full-time, in-person role with a schedule Monday to Friday, no weekends, offering benefits such as 401(k), health/dental insurance, paid sick time, and flexible hours.
Salary ranges from $71,400 to $80,121.20 annually.
