Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the supply management team, ensuring alignment with SMS's strategic objectives.
- Oversee supply planning and execution for LTOs, ensuring proper supplier and distribution readiness.
- Convert brand forecasts into supplier purchase plans to ensure appropriate inventory levels.
- Monitor supplier inventories, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent shortages or overages.
- Collaborate with internal SMS teams, suppliers, and distribution partners to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain execution and supplier performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for supplier planning and inventory management.
- Support franchisees and field teams by resolving supply-related issues and enhancing product availability.
- Ensure compliance with supplier agreements, contractual commitments, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize data analytics and supply chain technology to improve forecasting accuracy and decision-making.
