
The Role
As an experienced Office Services Clerk, you will be responding to all daily requests for office services support and room reservation requests from attorneys. Ideally, you are mostly familiar with performing the duties of the position according to the Firm's policies and procedures, while always maintaining the strictest confidentiality of client and Firm matters. You will need to demonstrate experience setting up conference rooms for internal/external meetings, restocking supplies, and assisting with daily office services (i.e. copy, print, fax, and scan).
The Individual
As the ideal candidate, you will have the following skills and experiences:
- High school diploma is required.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience is required.
- Capacity to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs. and ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Position: Non-Exempt
Location: Century City. 5 days onsite.
Salary: $50k - $55k base
