🎯 What You’ll Do
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the architect of our paid media success—planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on high-performing ad campaigns across Google and Meta. 🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage Google and Meta ad campaigns
- Monitor and optimize daily ad performance
- Test creative, targeting, and copy for lead quality and CPL
- Provide weekly insights to the marketing team
- Collaborate with internal creative team for aligned messaging
- Cost-per-lead: Meta ≤ $80; Google ≤ $100
- ≥ 90% on-time campaign execution
- 25%+ appointment rate from paid leads
- Weekly reporting delivered by Monday 10AM
- Excellent communication with internal stakeholders
- Love solving problems with data
- Thrive on systems, structure, and clarity
- Take responsibility for performance—good or bad
- Want to build a long-term marketing machine, not just “run ads”
- Have 3–5 years of experience in PPC and paid social ads
- Are certified in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred)
- Are a champion at driving SEO
