
J.Jill has the perfect opportunity for a Recruiter who believes that any recruiting task, open requisition, and overall support for talent acquisition helps in hiring the right talent. You will leverage your few years of recruitment and coordinator experience to recruit for roles across the organization, including Corporate, Stores and Distribution Center. We are a small TA team so this role also plays a role in managing the immigration process, auditing reqs, opening store manager reqs for the stores and other project or administrative tasks. You will have opportunities to grow your experience and knowledge in many aspects of TA.
Support the needs of Talent Acquisition, including filling key roles quickly.
- Partner with our immigration law firm and manage the process for associates hired on a visa.
- Review and audit reqs, own identified reporting (i.e., referral program), identify if Retail Management is reviewing Indeed Easy Apply candidates, and provide additional support and communication.
- Work in partnership with the business to understand their needs, create the recruitment strategy, identify challenges and determine solutions
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, ATS, organizations and other sources to find and attract talent
- Own the full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, attracting and screening candidates, developing short/long-term pipelines, closing candidates and everything in between
Develop strong relationships internally and externally to successfully identify and hire exceptional talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to identify key requirements, assess talent and collaborate on hiring recommendations and workforce planning
- Nurture candidate relationships, clearly outline role expectations, speak with passion, actively communicate and be transparent with candidates throughout the process
- Collaborate and participate with HR and other areas of the business in recruiting, operations and any other responsibilities as assigned that supports hiring

Requirements:
- 2+ years recruiting and sourcing experience
- Experience finding the most challenging candidates using authentic messaging and providing a strong candidate experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet hiring and sourcing goals and metrics
- Success being a collaborative and strong partner with hiring managers and HRBP’s
- Strong team player who understands that all tasks in TA are important
- Experience recruiting for IT roles is a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
