The Facilities Coordinator (FC) oversees the effective day to day upkeep and functionality of Becklar’s various office locations, in Ogden, UT. The FC ensures that the facilities are in clean, proper working order and are available for effective 24/7 use. The FC maintains the physical offices spaces, ensuring a safe, clean and functional environment that is line with Becklar’s We Care FIRST culture. The FC will oversee outside contractors to ensure work is done timely, within budget and in a professional and quality manner.

Essential Job Functions
- Ensures facilities are in proper working order and available for use.
- Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
- Receives, manages, and processes requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
- Acts as liaison between the company and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
- Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
- Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility.
- Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications / Skill Requirements
- At least two years of related experience required
- Light plumbing, repair, handy man skills preferred
- Acute attention to detail and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management, and external vendors
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with decision-making capability
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to work independently
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
