Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer care and consistently seek to provide potential customers with best in class representation of the TLE brand.
- Work to establish a trusting relationship with prospective families and sell the brand’s offerings to drive enrollment.
- Proactively provide enrollment and program information to prospective families, guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Follow-up with prospective families by phone and email. Maintain ongoing communication as needed to secure enrollment.
- Ensure accuracy of information by inputting families’ information into our CRM/lead tracking system.
- Accurately document daily enrollment driving efforts and registrations and create weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports on pre-enrollment numbers as needed.
- Represent TLE at promotional events, trade shows and community outreach efforts as requested.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 3+ years successful experience in sales or member services
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, incoming sales experience is a plus
