Sales Support Analyst

About The Role

n3xt is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banking Sales Support Analyst to play a crucial role in empowering our sales team and driving revenue growth. As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, providing essential administrative, technical, and analytical support to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. You will work closely with executive leadership, business development leadership, sales representatives and other internal teams to streamline workflows, resolve issues, and contribute to a positive and productive sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Support: Assist the business development team with various administrative tasks, including generating presentations, proposals, and contracts; and managing sales-related documentation.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate sales data, ensuring data integrity and generating reports as needed.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the creation and distribution of sales enablement materials, such as presentations, product information sheets, and competitive analysis.
  • Technical Support: Serve as a point of contact for the sales team regarding technical issues related to the SaaS product, providing initial troubleshooting and escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Sales Onboarding and Training: Assist with the onboarding process for new sales team members, providing training on sales tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and other internal departments, such as marketing, product, and finance.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve sales-related issues and roadblocks, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Support: Participate in sales-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or analytical role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledgeable in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365) and other sales-related tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful reports.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting the success of the sales team.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and terminology is a plus.
