  • 2 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience working in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Business Development or Operations, Lead Generation or a related field.
  • 1 year of of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience operating as a trusted advisor or consultant, with the ability to guide strategic decision making within peer and client groups to achieve outcomes.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter or Google Workspace).
  • Ability to consistently and positively contribute and deliver on goals in a high-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholder and client requests and core work tasks, leveraging effective time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging based on a variety of audiences and stakeholder groups including executive leadership levels.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000-$126,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize sourcing and talent market expertise to identify, attract, and engage talent for a variety of roles within Google Cloud, primarily focused on executive, niche Enterprise Customer prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute high-impact Sourcing strategies in support of critical business objectives.
  • Build meaningful and trusted relationships with potential candidates, creating a positive experience from engagement through closing that reflects Google’s culture and values.
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor landscapes to guide competitive and effective Sourcing strategies.
  • Contribute and lead critical Sourcing work, operating with agility to hire talent in a team-oriented environment that values collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence.
