We're looking for a Senior Manager, E-commerce & Retention Marketing to lead the digital growth engine across both brands. This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on, ideal for a performance-driven marketer who can balance numbers, narrative, and nuance.

Primary Responsibilities

Own E-commerce

  • Oversee day-to-day site performance, UX, and merchandising
  • Drive conversion, AOV, and digital merchandising across Shopify
  • Lead CRO testing and transition toward a unified L&P digital storefront

Lead Retention & Lifecycle Growth

  • Develop full-funnel email + SMS strategies (Klaviyo)
  • Personalize campaigns and flows by audience segments
  • Build loyalty flows, post-purchase journeys, and retention loops

Grow Performance Marketing

  • Manage paid social strategy (Meta, TikTok) with agency support
  • Report on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and segment performance

Work cross-functionally to bring 360° campaigns to life

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years experience in Ecommerce, DTC, or Growth Marketing
  • Ownership of retention marketing (email/SMS) and paid media performance
  • Fluency in Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical chops and customer empathy
  • Located in the Denver Metro Area — hybrid role with 4 in-office days/week
