Sales/Marketing Specialist
The Sales/Marketing Specialist will be responsible for working with all locations to ensure all marketing and print publications are current, assisting with events as needed, and the upkeep of the company website and all social media pages. The candidate may be required to create new or update current content, so a working knowledge of the Adobe, Canva and Microsoft suites is desired, primarily Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Publisher. Hours are generally Monday - Friday, but due to the nature of this position, may include evenings and weekends to facilitate events.

Responsibilities
- Communicates with internal and external clients in a professional manner.
- Assist all GWD Employees and management with marketing needs - design of signage, flyers, ad-hoc requests.
- Plan and execute annual strategies for GWD - Account Special Event Dining Calendars and marketing support
- Oversee the GWD Student and Guest Survey process - Design, implementation, data analysis each semester.
- Annual management of each custom GWD Catering Guide & Pricing Sheets
- Assist the GWD Field Teams with Catering Labels, Food Labels upon request, and more
- Design and Create GWD Digital Menu Boards, Pricing Sheets, and secondary signage upon request. Partner with Operations Team to ensure all locations are up to GWD's standard.
- Develop and create blog content and informational resources online for GWD's social media followers, clients, and others.
- Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing required.

- Maintains a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives.

- Generally, in an indoor setting; however, may supervise outside activities and events.
- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends and extended hours as business dictates.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily in a controlled, temperate environment; however, may be exposed to heat/cold during support of outside activities.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
Physical Requirements:
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
- Significant walking or other means of mobility.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.
