Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the incumbent’s performance objectives as outlined by the incumbent’s immediate supervisor or manager.
- Regularly assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects.
- Track and update project schedules, timelines, and deliverables using tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, and similar tools.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow-up on action items, as needed.
- Help coordinate team communications and ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct research and support project-related decision-making processes.
- Identify potential risks or delays and escalate them to the project manager.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across departments including marketing, IT, product, or operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve project efficiency.
- Participate in on-going staff meetings, training activities and continuing education to maintain relevant understanding and knowledge of business operations, related procedures and processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
- This position does not entail direct supervisory responsibility.
Education, Licensure or Certification:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated team player with an ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels
- Ability to function in a fast-paced team environment
- Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and adhere to tight timelines
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.)
- No travel is required.
- Work is generally performed in an office or remote environment in which there is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions.
