Art Director

Brunner

Date: 1 day ago
City: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Contract type: Full time
Description

We’re a culturally fluent creative agency built for brands that want to move at the speed of relevance. We create work that lives where people scroll, talk, laugh, cry, and remix. Our campaigns don’t follow trends—they become them. We move fast, think big, and stay rooted in culture. If you’ve got vision, taste, and the hustle to match—we wanna work with you.

As a (mid-level) Art Director, you’re more than a tastemaker—you’re a collaborator, a builder, a strategic problem solver, and a go-to creative. You bring concept and craft together with a hustle mindset, turning big ideas into bold executions across every platform. You think in ideas first, but you’re hands-on with design, direction, and execution. Whether it’s a scrappy social concept or a full-scale campaign, you know how to make it work—and make it look .

You're not precious about the process. You’re flexible, fast, and fluent in the realities of making cool shit happen with creative partners who push you. You elevate everything you touch—and everyone around you.

What You’ll Do

  • Team up with writers, strategists, producers, and fellow creatives to develop 360° campaign concepts that flex across social, digital, OOH, and experiential
  • Lead the visual development of ideas from references and mockups to rollout-ready
  • Find creative solutions that balance brand goals, cultural relevance, and platform-native execution
  • Co-own the creative process with your copy partner(s) and deliver tight, strategic work
  • Art direct photoshoots, content creation, and post-production with a strong POV
  • Jump in wherever needed—nimble (and hungry) thinkers thrive here
  • Inspire junior creatives and keep the vibe collaborative, not competitive
  • Stay tapped into emerging aesthetics, subcultures, and trends to keep our work fresh and fearless
  • Pitch and sell work into internal teams, clients, and new biz prospects
