What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, testing agencies, and schedule milestones on major construction projects.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure full compliance with safety and construction plans.
  • Administer contracts, review changes, and coordinate RFIs and CCRs.
  • Work hands-on with construction teams to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate project communication across owner, contractors, and A/E firms.
  • Manage weekend and shutdown work plans in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
  • Review drawings, monitor installations, and ensure all specifications are met.
  • Deliver regular project updates and status reports to leadership.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Associate’s degree in Construction Management (preferred).
  • 10+ years of industrial or Automotive construction experience, ideally in greenfield/brownfield building projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of general building construction methods and safety best practices.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations; OSHA 30 & OSHA 510 certifications required.
  • Comfortable working in and around large industrial manufacturing facilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
