A Rehab facility in Westchester County is an exceptional team-oriented facility looking to hire for our Admissions Director Position. We thrive on making our staff and residents as comfortable as possible while giving you all the tools to succeed!

Must have experience in Admissions, must have a dynamic personality, loves to to be a team player, working closely with marketers, knows how to multitask. A Professional and respectful towards co-workers a must.

Competitive salary depending on years of experience

Admissions Director Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing strategies to maximize admissions, including daily contact with potential referral sources
  • Work with local community organizations and hospitals to generate a positive image and encourage referrals
  • Effectively manage electronic referral programs
  • Conduct screening of potential residents, by determining the level of care, services required, equipment needs, and insurance coverage
  • Facilitate the resident referral and approval process in an efficient manner
  • Exhibit knowledge of the admissions process, including policy, procedures, assessments & paperwork requirements
  • Support the facility's PR to generate a positive image & encourage word-of-mouth referrals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations governing Medicare/Medicaid processes
  • Provide scheduled on-site tours of the facility for potential residents as needed
  • Performs other related job duties as required


Admissions / Marketing Director Qualifications (preferred):

  • Three years' experience as an Admissions Director in a Rehabilitation facility
  • Clerical experience
  • Bilingual a plus
