The Sr. CRM will manage the daily support of their assigned Payments clients and work with PMO, Deposit Services, Information Services, Compliance, and bank marketing teams on the development, testing and marketing of their client’s payments products.

The expected starting annualized salary range is between: $61,002 - $87,146 - 113,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Essential Functions
- Manage, support, and grow FinTech Partners.
- Oversee Program/ISO Management.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to generate and develop ideas, pursue opportunities and close sales.
- Collaborate with assigned teams on the development, implementation, testing and marketing of payments products for their assigned Payments clients.
- Evaluate business needs, objectives, and goals, research payments and electronic banking products available and designating procedures to meet the needs of their client base.
- Has a deep understanding of client’s business and key drivers.
- Create strategic account plans.
- Assist in coordinating the efforts of the Traction team of assigned partner implementations.
- Research product development options and provide analysis for product direction as necessary.
- Consult with Payments management to identify internal and external customer needs and include in project objectives.
- Review requirements, specifications, tests, support, and training plans to ensure they are in line with internal objectives on projects.

- College degree in business related field required.
- Five (5) years payments, operations or compliance experience required.
- Experience in the financial industry specifically working with government benefit disbursements preferred.
- Solid skill set in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with ACH, cash management and payments platforms preferred.
