Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and development across engineering, construction, and technical support.
- Oversee program schedules, budgets, funding allocations, and closeout procedures.
- Manage program planners, ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals.
- Develop and execute funding strategies, including leveraging grants and partnerships.
- Conduct value engineering and mitigate cost overruns.
- Produce executive reports and participate in litigation support when needed.
- Evaluate and enhance program effectiveness, policies, and reporting practices.
- Facilitate community engagement and stakeholder communication on high-profile projects.
- Mediate project conflicts and participate in change order and contract negotiations.
- Provide mentorship and document lessons learned to continually improve team performance.
- Required Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience managing and administering complex programs and projects.
- At least 4 years managing programs within public or educational institutions.
- Experience concurrently managing multiple public sector programs is strongly preferred.
- Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Additional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
- Licenses & Certifications (All Required)
- CCM, PE, Licensed Architect are preferred not required.
- LEED Professional Accreditation
- 3-4 weeks of PTO plus paid client holidays
